Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with SlugFeed. If you are not happy with the Service during your first month, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

After the First Month

If you cancel your subscription after the first 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. The refund is calculated based on the number of remaining days in your billing cycle.

No Partial-Month Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, we do not issue refunds for partial months that have already elapsed. Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Email us at hello@slugfeed.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.
  • Cancel via your dashboard — go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription." If you are within the 30-day guarantee period, the refund is processed automatically.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear.
