Creative production
Concepts, scripts, filming and motion design. From the first idea to the details that give a video its shape.
About SlugFeed
A home for the work.
I'm Vladislav Aleksandrov. SlugFeed is where I bring together my work and notes on creative production, UGC and YouTube.
My work moves between ideas, people and the practical side of making a video: writing a brief, finding the right creator, filming, editing and shaping a production workflow. I work on projects and with teams.
The practice
Three connected directions.
UGC & TikTok One
Creator collaboration, briefs, hooks and localization. My experience includes fintech advertising across markets in LATAM, SEA and MENA.
YouTube production
Explainers, videos and Shorts, filming with creators and working with actors. The portfolio includes personal channel work and contributions to team productions.
The person behind SlugFeed

I've worked in the video industry since 2013. My background brings together production, camera work and motion design, alongside creator workflows and automation.
In 2024, I founded a podcast and video studio in Saint Petersburg, covering the full cycle from recording through post-production to distribution. I sold the studio in February 2026.
I live in Florianópolis, Brazil.
