By accessing or using the SlugFeed platform ("Service") operated by SLUGFEED LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
SlugFeed provides fully-managed social media content creation and publishing services for local businesses. We create, schedule, and publish content on your behalf across connected social media platforms. Features and availability may change over time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@slugfeed.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Your first month is billed at $49. After the first month, the subscription renews at $299 per month. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us (logos, photos, brand guidelines). Content we create on your behalf is licensed to you for use on your social media channels. We retain the right to use anonymized or aggregated data to improve the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLUGFEED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (liability, governing law, disputes) will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
