These Terms of Service govern your use of the slugfeed.ai website and the services offered by SLUGFEED LLC ("SlugFeed," "Company," "we," "us"), a YouTube production agency. By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry or casting application, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
SlugFeed provides full-cycle YouTube production services for creators and brands, including content strategy, casting, filming, editing, packaging, and channel growth. The website describes these services for informational purposes; specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined individually for each engagement.
Production services are provided under a separate written agreement, statement of work, or invoice between you and SLUGFEED LLC. That document defines the scope of work, fees, payment schedule, and any cancellation or refund terms for your engagement. If anything in these Terms of Service conflicts with your written agreement, the written agreement prevails. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; all fees are in U.S. dollars unless agreed otherwise.
Joining our talent database is free — we never charge actors, hosts, or other talent to apply or to be considered for roles. Submitting an application does not guarantee an audition or engagement. You must be at least 18 years old to apply, the information you submit must be accurate, and you must own or control the rights to any materials you send us (reels, self-tapes, photos). Any actual engagement — including dates, deliverables, and payment — is agreed in writing before a shoot.
If we provide you with access to a client portal, you must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at vlad@slugfeed.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
The website and its content (text, design, branding) are owned by SLUGFEED LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and licensing of content we produce for clients — footage, edits, thumbnails, scripts — are defined in the applicable service agreement. Materials submitted by casting applicants remain the applicant's property; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to review them and share them with prospective clients solely for casting consideration.
You agree not to use the website or our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the website. We may decline inquiries or applications, and suspend or terminate access to the website or any client portal, at our discretion if these terms are violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to a professional standard, we do not guarantee specific audience, view counts, revenue, or other performance outcomes for any channel or video unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLUGFEED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
